Introduction

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is made in accordance with Section 54(1), Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relates to the financial year ending 31 March 2025.

3A’S Consultants Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our operations, supply chains, and business activities. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and expect the same high standards from all organisations with which we work.

About Our Business

3A’S Consultants Ltd operates within the renewable energy sector throughout the United Kingdom.

Our Commitment to the Modern Slavery Act 2015

3A’S Consultants Ltd is fully committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the eradication of modern slavery and human trafficking.

We operate a range of internal policies and procedures to ensure ethical and transparent business practices across all areas of our operations.

As an equal opportunities employer, we are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace. We encourage employees to report concerns and are committed to ensuring that individuals can raise issues without fear of retaliation.

Our recruitment and employment practices are designed to:

  • Verify that all employees have the legal right to work.
  • Protect workers from abuse, exploitation, coercion, or intimidation.
  • Promote fair and ethical treatment of all personnel.

We do not knowingly engage with any organisation involved in slavery, servitude, forced labour, or human trafficking.

Whistleblowing and Reporting Concerns

3A’S Consultants Ltd encourages employees, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to report any concerns relating to slavery or human trafficking through our confidential whistleblowing process.

All reports are reviewed and investigated where appropriate.

During the reporting period, no whistleblowing cases relating to modern slavery or human trafficking were received.

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct reflects our core values and ethical standards.

The Code clearly states that:

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.
  • All employees and business partners are expected to uphold ethical working practices.
  • Concerns regarding wrongdoing, unfair treatment, or suspected exploitation must be reported immediately.

We also expect all suppliers and subcontractors to comply with the same standards and principles.

Due Diligence

To reduce and monitor the risk of slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chain, we have implemented internal supplier assessment and audit procedures designed to:

  • Identify potential risks within our business and supply chains.
  • Monitor ongoing risks associated with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Reduce the likelihood of slavery and human trafficking occurring.
  • Protect individuals who report concerns through whistleblowing procedures.

Risk Assessment and Compliance

The Company regularly evaluates the nature and extent of its exposure to modern slavery risks.

Due to the use of subcontractors who manage labour resources for installation projects, we consider our business to operate within a medium-risk environment.

We do not tolerate any form of slavery or human trafficking within our supply chain. Where evidence of non-compliance is identified, suppliers will be required to take immediate corrective action. Failure to do so may result in termination of the business relationship.

Ongoing Actions and Future Commitments

We remain committed to embedding the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 throughout our organisation by:

  • Providing employee awareness and training regarding modern slavery and human trafficking.
  • Ensuring staff involved in procurement activities understand and follow modern slavery guidance.
  • Including modern slavery considerations within our policy review and procurement processes.
  • Reviewing and improving methods for monitoring the effectiveness of our anti-slavery measures.

As part of our ongoing commitment, we will continue to assess and strengthen our procedures during future financial years.
