1.We work with a panel of carefully selected energy suppliers when providing our services to you.

2.Our services are funded either:

• Through commissions paid by these suppliers when you enter into a contract with them, or
• Via direct fees agreed between you and 3AS Consultants.

3.When you provide us with a signed Letter of Authority, we will approach our selected suppliers to present you with suitable contract options.

4.Please note that we act as your consultant, not as your agent, in supplier selection or contract execution. The final decision always remains with you.

5.Our commission varies depending on:

• Current market conditions when your contract is agreed
• Your specific consumption patterns
  The exact amount is only determined after your contract is finalised.

6.We actively work to maximise our buying power with suppliers. Where we secure additional benefits for qualifying clients:

• These benefits are shared with you on a 50:50 basis
• You will receive annual notification of any benefits due to you

7.If you wish to know the exact commission received for your specific contract, please contact your dedicated Account Manager.

8.All documents, reports and materials we create or obtain while providing services to you remain our property. While we may provide copies upon your written request:

• You must agree in writing not to disclose these to third parties without our consent
• Some requests may be subject to an administration fee
